Purpose and Meaning

Sometimes life can feel like its moving on autopilot - you’re doing all the things you are “supposed” to do, but something still feels flat and missing. Maybe you are asking yourself big questions, like “Is this all there is?” or have felt that once you got to a certain point in your life, with the “right job” and “right relationship”, you would feel settled and happy. In our work together, we’ll take time to slow down and get curious about what gives your life a real sense of meaning. I will help create a space where you reconnect with what feels authentic and fulfilling. Together we will explore how you start to build a life that feels more connected, meaningful and intentional.

Life Transitions

a man on two paths choosing a life transition

Big life changes - whether chosen or unexpected - can leave you feeling ungrounded, overwhelmed or unsure of whats next. I have helped clients throughout the years, transition through starting or finding a new career, becoming a parent, cope with a divorce or end of a significant relationship, or adjusting to life after a major loss. In therapy, we’ll create space to process what you’re going through, make sense of your emotions and find your footing again.

Couples Therapy

All relationships go through challenging times - whether you’re working to strengthen your connection, repair trust or considering a separation. I work with couples and mutli-partner relationships across a wide range of experiences: from improving communication and navigating conflict to making intentional decisions about divorcing in a more colloborative and kinder framework. Working from a Relational Life Therapy (RLT) lens, we work together to identify unhelpful dynamics - such as criticism, defensiveness or withdrawal and learn the skills to create a more open, honest and empathetic way of interacting

Sex Therapy

Sex concerns can show up in many forms - low desire, differences in libido or sexual preferences, performance anxiety or feeling disconnected from your body or partner. Whether you’re navigating these issues on your own or within a relationship, sex therapy offers a safe, nonjudgemental space to explore your experiences with honesty and curiosity. I work with individuals and couples of all genders, orientations and relationship styles, including those in the LGBTQ+ and kink community. Together, we can unpack the messages you’ve received about sex, address challenges with care and compassion and support your journey toward a more empowered, connected and authentic sexual self.

Childhood Histories

Our earliest relationships shape how we see ourselves and the world around us, how we connect with others and what we believe we are worthy of. If you grew up in an environment where love felt inconsistent, unsafe or unavailable, those experiences can leave lasting imprints that show up in adulthood - as anxiety, difficulty trusting, people-pleasing, emotional shutdown or withdrawal or a deep sense of not feeling good enough. Working from an attachment lens, I help clients gently explore these early patterns and how they may still be impacting relationships, self-worth and emotional well-being.
